  • Initial Assessment & Treatment (Adult & Pediatric) $150 +hst

    Your first appointment includes a review of your health history, time to talk through what brings you in, and hands-on care tailored to how your body responds. Treatment is gentle, individualized, and guided by comfort throughout the session

  • Regular Follow-up Appointment 40 min (Adult & Pediatric) $122 + hst

    A balanced follow-up appointment allowing time to address multiple areas and overall patterns of tension. This session offers a more comprehensive check-in and may include gentler, slower-paced manual techniques to support comfort and relaxation

  • Extended Follow-up Appointment (Adult & Pediatric) $144 + hst

    An extended session suited for those returning after a longer break or when more time is helpful. This appointment allows for hands-on care, discussion, movement or exercise guidance, and extended gentle manual techniques.

  • Quick Follow-up Appointment 25 min (Adult) $85 + hst

    Best for continued care when we’re working on a specific area, checking progress, or doing more targeted treatment.
