During your first visit, you can expect a full assessment and health history intake followed by an osteopathy treatment geared towards your body’s individual needs.

Follow up Osteopathic treatment to address the issues present in your body, guiding it towards optimal health.

This extended treatment is meant for you if you have not been for an Osteopathy treatment in more than 6 months or if it is determined by your therapist that you could benefit from a longer treatment. Sessions will also include Craniosacral Therapy if deemed necessary.

This longer more in depth Osteopathic treatment will include Craniosacral Therapy as well as integrative, rehabilitative exercises focused on myofascial lines of movement for self-care.
